Things to consider when booking a time
Please allow 2 hours for the first session. Subsequent sessions can be shorter to suit your availability.

Consider scheduling a class before a meal. It's more comfortable to breathe deeply when your tummy isn't full.

Sessions available on Zoom: all you need is a space where you can stand, move and lay down.

My private studio is in Nightcliff, so consider travel time if attending in person.
​
We adapt the yoga to you. This means we can adapt the yoga to your energy level at any time. We can also adapt the yoga based on the phase of your menstrual cycle or level of recovery from an injury. No need to wait for the 'perfect time'. Now is a good time!
