There's a lot do and a lot to worry about. I will support you to find a connection with your breath and body, so that you can take a break from trying to solve problems or achieve. You might find that yoga helps you channel your energy to where its most needed.

Yoga is a practice of connecting, with yourself, nature and others. When we feel the depth and beauty of these connections, we can nurture and nourish them. Yoga helps us find beauty, comfort and ease so we can be in this world, without being consumed and broken by it.
