I work one-on-one so that we can tailor the practice to you: your body type, health, age, goals, culture and capacity.


There is no perfect pose. Yoga is about becoming intimate with your breath and body in their uniqueness. You know your body best so you decide what's right for your body. There is no need to replicate the shapes and patterns of others.


Yoga should be pleasurable participation in what already is. Your body is divine intelligence functioning now. There is no improvement necessary.
